About AVT
The Nukleus Absence of Voltage Tester (AVT), powered by a long-life 3.6 V lithium-ion battery, verifies voltage presence and absence via a push-to-test button, eliminating manual tester dependency and reducing PPE category requirements during testing.
SIL 3 certified, AVT supports task-qualified and qualified personnel in meeting NFPA 70E Article 120.6 during electrical and mechanical LOTO procedures. Dual source leads enhance functional safety, while high-visibility LEDs indicate voltage status, faults, and disconnected leads. AVT supports closed-door verification and is designed for rugged industrial environments and retrofit installation in existing panels and switchgear.
