Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Outreach


Identify and qualify B2B prospects in the electrical safety, energy-tech, and renewable energy sectors.


Build and manage a strong B2B sales pipeline through outreach, networking, digital campaigns, partner coordination, and industry events.


Client Engagement & Sales Support


Present solutions to clients and technical stakeholders, highlighting value and application fit in the context of electrical safety and renewable energy.


Coordinate demos, site visits, negotiations, and prepare customized proposals and sales materials.


Market & Competitive Intelligence


Track tenders, regulations, and industry developments within the B2B sales landscape.


Share customer insights with product and marketing teams to enhance our offerings.


Relationship Management


Develop long-term partnerships with EPCs, integrators, distributors, and institutional clients focused on electrical safety and renewable energy solutions.


Drive repeat business, cross-selling, and represent the company at industry events.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in business/engineering (MBA/PGDM preferred).
  • 3–5 years B2B hardware & embedded sales experience.
  • Strong negotiation, communication & client management skills.
  • Adaptable; tailored sales pitching ability.
  • Product demonstration & technical-to-commercial translation skills.
  • Knowledge of electrical safety, EV charging, renewable energy or power electronics preferred.
  • Proficient in CRM tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, MS Office, HubSpot, Salesforce).
